1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within  on time of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged/defective.

  • Wrong item was delivered.

  • Package is tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable groceries, opened personal care products.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@nammakkadai.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details + images of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a pickup (if applicable).

3. Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method (within 5-7 business days).

  • COD Orders: Bank transfer/NEFT.

4. No Refund Cases

  • If the customer changes their mind.

  • If the product is used/opened (unless defective).
